We are pleased to offer several levels of sponsorship and hope you will find one that fits your organization.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. If you would prefer to donate materials, such as folders, notebooks, pens, bags, or other conference materials, please contact us pronto! 

Conference and Sponsorship Information

Exhibitors may set up after 7:00 a.m.

Day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m.

As in the past, there is one track for Early Childhood Educators and another for Elementary & Secondary Educators. The breaks and lunch times shared below, combine times from both of these tracks. 

  • 8:00-8:45 a.m.         Registration/Breakfast/Visit Exhibitors
  • 8:45-9:15 a.m.         Welcome/Worship
  • 9:15-9:30 a.m.         BREAK
  • 9:30am-3:15 p.m.    Includes a 30-min break (10:30-11am), lunch (12:00-2:15pm), and two 15-min breaks (11:45am-12pm & 2-2:15pm)

Pre-Conference Info          

Checking to see if vendors may send items to conference site before 10/20, and whether they may arrange pickup on Monday by UPS/FedEx. Stay tuned!

Imagining Possibilities Sponsor $1500 All of the above as well as 2-3 minute address of participants, and signage at full-group gatherings throughout the day
Independent Direct Sales Representative (with $50 raffle item) $50 (+ raffle item valued at $50) Table in exhibit area, listing in conference materials, introduction to participants, optional breakfast and lunch
Independent Direct Sales Representative (non-raffle) $75 Table in exhibit area, listing in conference materials, introduction to participants, optional breakfast and lunch
